Support GOAL UK in 2013
GOAL has been chosen as an official charity of the Virgin Active London Triathlon, which is taking place at the London docklands on the 27th and 28th of July.
The event is one of the largest and most iconic triathlons in the world. Places are limited and demand is extremely high, but you can guarantee your entry with one of our designated charity places.
As it is one of the UK’s premier sporting challenges, it will give you the chance to push yourself to the physical limit, while raising valuable funds for GOAL’s work in the developing world.
You can find out more about the triathlon by visiting its official website: http://www.thelondontriathlon.co.uk/
For more information on how you can raise money for GOAL, or to book your place, contact Angela Sammon in GOAL on 020 7631 3196, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
GOAL Sundays at The Living Room
It is promising to be an exciting year for GOAL UK, with yet another partnership announced. The Living Room, a bar and restaurant in London’s West End, has announced that it has selected GOAL as their charity of choice for 2013.
The venue, just off Regent Street, will host a ‘GOAL Sunday’ on the first Sunday of every month, when each order from their ‘Sunday Comforts’ menu will see a donation made to GOAL.

Live in London
GOAL has teamed up with Success Express Music (SEM) to organise a night of live music at St. James Theatre on Sunday, February 17th. Getting underway at 7pm, the evening will feature several of London’s upcoming artists at a unique and intimate venue.
Based in Victoria, St. James only opened its doors last September and is the first purpose-built theatre to be built in central London for 30 years.
As our new entertainment partner, Success Express Music (SEM) has organised the event and provided the acts free of charge. All proceeds will go directly to GOAL’s work in the developing world.
One of the city’s most exciting talents, Si Connelly has been announced as the headline act. Produced by the Grammy award-winning duo of Chris Potter and Dom Morley, Si’s debut album will be released later in the year. Morley and Potter have previously worked with The Verve, Blur, The Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse and Adele.
Si will be joined on the night by the talented Tom Tyler, and by Johnny Lucas, who won SEM’s ‘Next Big Thing’ title.
Tickets are priced at £15/£17.50 and can be purchased directly through the St James Theatre ticket link: http://www.stjamestheatre.co.uk/events/success-express-music.
Alternatively, you can contact Success Express Music on (+44) 20 8449 0666 if you wish to arrange party/table bookings.
